Self-build plots of land for sale

We’ve just celebrated our second birthday – yes it’s two years since the first person moved into ChaCo. It some ways it feels like we’ve only just moved in but in other ways it’s felt like we’ve always lived here and it is great! All our houses are still full and we don’t know if/when a space will become available. That means you can’t join us but there is an opportunity to become our neighbour.

We have two serviced self-build plots of land for sale for £70,000 each. The plots are 250 sqm, near to amenities, with excellent transport links and only just over 1 mile from Leeds City Centre.  The plots have full planning permission. Self-builders may want to secure new planning permission or a variation for their personal design. Offers invited before 28^th February, but each offer will be considered as soon as it arrives and the plots may be sold immediately.
